[摘要]当前,我国专业健康险公司的组织架构多采用直线职能制模式,其缺点是:可能会降低整个企业的目标,难以明确对利润的考核,对市场的反应和把握程度不高。专业健康险公司实行矩阵制组织架构的优势:渠道内集中了产品开发、核保、销售和市场企划等职能,可以真正实现对利润的考核。 [关键词]专业健康险公司;组织架构 [中图分类号]F840.32[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1004-3306(2008)07-0079-02 Abstract:The specialized health insurance company mostly adopted a linear function model in organizational structure whose defects were: the possibility of lowering the target of the whole company, difficulty in making a profitoriented performance appraisal, and low reaction to make changes and insufficient market clout. The matrix organization structure, in contrast, had conspicuous advantage: each distribution channel had its own functions of product development, underwriting, sales and market promotion, which enabled the application of a profit center performance appraisal model.
