[摘要]当前的保险个人营销模式存在以下缺陷,即现有的企业文化熏陶员工并未体现以人为本、用创造收入引导员工忽视了人的情感需要、用职业规划影响员工远离个性心理实际、用执行力要求打造员工未抓住管理实质等。针对格式塔心理学的基本理论,如强调人与环境的关系和相互作用,突出人的情感、意志和人格,面对的必然是人的整体性和整体的人,提出了实现保险营销组织管理创新的基本思路为构建组织成员心理生活空间,努力体现员工的角色价值。 [关键词]保险营销组织;格式塔心理学;心理生活空间;角色价值 [中图分类号]F840.32[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1004-3306(2008)01-0068-03 Abstract:The current agent distribution system has the following deficiencies: the current corporate culture is not focusing on people development, the incomedriven culture neglected emotional needs, career development planning deviates from individual psychological realities, and execution requirements fail to grasp the essence of management. The Principle of Gestalt Psychology emphasizes interaction and relationship between human and environment, highlights human emotion, willpower and mentality. Therefore, it deals with the holistic human being. The vein of thought for management innovation for insurance agent distribution is to cultivate a space of psychological life and strive to realize the role value of employees.
